At Pawfection Tees, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are printed on demand, we encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. Below are the details of our refund and return policy.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed),
  • In its original packaging,
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that custom-printed t-shirts are produced on demand and are unique to each order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to incorrect sizing, color, or change of mind.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pawfectiontees.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@pawfectiontees.com so we can assess the issue and make it right. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items,
  • Gift cards,
  • Items where the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product.

Since our t-shirts are custom-made and printed only once ordered, returns or exchanges due to customer errors (e.g., wrong size or design choice) cannot be accommodated. Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, the quickest way is to return the item (if eligible for return) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
